We'll start with one of the most famous pieces of classical music: The Radetzky March.
Johann Strauss I (father)
This Johann Strauss' (father) piece is always played at the Vienna New Year's Concert on the morning of the 1st January, and the audience claps along under the conductor's direction.

This concert took place before COVID19, of course. This year there wasn't audience.
